Brian “The Liver King” Johnson has been released from jail in Austin and has uploaded new videos that once again seemingly reveal his intent to fight Joe Rogan.

Johnson was arrested Tuesday for making a terroristic threat following two days of bizarre videos where he repeatedly said that he wanted to engage in fisticuffs with the comedian podcaster.

In one new video (below), Johnson discusses his arrest and does not say Rogan’s name, but does reference the podcaster’s Comedy Mothership club to make it clear who he’s talking about. In other videos he refers to “somebody whose name rhymes with Rogan” or even “Seth Rogen.” He continues to suggest a fight in his future and that “the videos will never stop.”

Johnson also shows off an ankle monitor and says Rogan took out a restraining order against him that prevents him from coming within 200 yards.

Johnson’s videos feature some of the same rambling syntax that marked his earlier videos and are a bit difficult to follow. But he says, in part: “Some guy thought if you just put him in jail, have the Violent Crimes Division come arrest him for a terroristic threat, the whole time that terroristic threat you thought was a bomb or something, inside that box, it’s actually a present for you and your Mothership colleagues.”

Johnson implies the terroristic threat charge was reduced, and continues: “But I don’t want to give any details, nor any names. That’s how you get ready for a fight. And you thought the videos would stop. But they will never stop … you’ve got an infinite amount of venom, and then we’ll hug and unite … at some point you have to capitulate something. Real tension, real fight.”

He then adds, “No laws will be broken, I can assure you.”

Johnson says he has been ordered to get a psychiatric evaluation this week that will continue on a monthly basis.

The bushy-bearded Johnson is a controversial and bombastic social media influencer who promotes a “primal, ancestral lifestyle” that includes consuming raw organ meats and using his line of supplements.

In a statement early Wednesday, the Austin Police Department said, “Detectives reviewed the posts and observed that Johnson was traveling to Austin while continuing to make threatening statements. Detectives contacted Mr. Rogan, who stated he had never had any interaction with Johnson and considered the posts to be threatening. Based on this information, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Johnson on a charge of terroristic threat.” The charge was a Class B misdemeanor.

Johnson’s original videos included statements such as, “Joe Rogan, I’m picking a fight with you!” and “Shame on you, I’m going to make you pay … I’m going to fight, and I’m not going to stop.”

Johnson and Rogan have a history. Rogan mocked Johnson on his podcast, calling him “preposterous,” due to the influencer insisting that his bulked-out physique was achieved due to his “natural” lifestyle and that he did not use steroids. In 2022, Johnson was forced to admit he did, in fact, use steroids and human growth hormone after emails between himself and a doctor were leaked online that showed he was spending $11,000 per month on the substances. Rogan has since said that Johnson has asked to come on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast and that the host refused, explaining, “You ran a con game and you got busted.”

The duo’s contentious history was chronicled in Netflix‘s recent documentary Untold: The Liver King, which depicted Johnson’s rise and fall. Johnson seems to partly blame Rogan for the scandal’s impact on his supplement empire.
