Bed and bath: Studio, 1 bath
Top amenities: Open kitchen, fenced backyard, washer and dryer

Prepare to relish lofted ceilings and an airy, open floor plan at this newly constructed home in Flagstaff. When the weather’s nice, light up the gas-powered grill, sit by the firepit, and enjoy al fresco dining in the property’s fully fenced backyard. Inside, guests can unwind with a 65-inch flatscreen TV, a king and queen bed (on the main floor and in the loft, respectively), a full kitchen, and split air conditioners that keep the space comfortable, no matter the season. Best of all, the house is located smack dab in the heart of the city, near funky bars and fabulous restaurants.
