Leaders from every country in the European Union except Hungary on Tuesday stressed that Ukrainians must have the right to decide their own future ahead of an upcoming summit between US President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin in the US state of Alaska. It remains unclear if Ukraine will be part of the talks.
