Apple announced on Wednesday that it’s launching AppleCare One, a new $19.99 monthly subscription plan that includes coverage for up to three products. Customers can choose to add protection for more devices for $5.99 per month each.

Until now, people have had to enroll their Apple devices into separate AppleCare+ plans if they wanted additional coverage for their products beyond the standard warranty. Now, the company is offering bundled coverage.

AppleCare One includes all of the benefits of AppleCare+, including unlimited repairs for accidents like drops or spills, 24/7 support from Apple experts, and battery coverage. AppleCare One adds theft and loss protection beyond iPhone to also cover iPad and Apple Watch.

For the first time ever, Apple is letting customers add AppleCare coverage to the Apple products they already own. With the new subscription plan, customers can add most products up to 4 years old if they are in good condition. To verify that a device is in “good condition,” it may be required to undergo a diagnostic check using a customer’s iPhone or iPad, or at an Apple Store, before being added to the plan.

“AppleCare One pricing is the same regardless of the products that are covered, meaning a customer can enroll their iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, and save up to $11 a month over enrolling in separate AppleCare+ plans for each device,” Apple explained in a press release.

This means that if someone buys AppleCare One when they purchase a new MacBook Pro and add their iPhone to the plan, they will already be saving money by not having two separate AppleCare+ plans. Plus, they will get even more value if they include another device, like an Apple Watch.

Only devices in the customer’s Apple Account can be covered under AppleCare One, Apple says.

For users who just want protection for one device, Apple says that they can continue to sign up for AppleCare+. The tech giant also notes that the new Theft and Loss coverage for Apple Watch and iPad will not only be part of AppleCare One, but also be available as part of AppleCare+ for customers who want to cover a single iPad or Apple Watch.

AppleCare One is available starting Thursday in the United States. Consumers can sign up for AppleCare One directly on their iPhone, iPad, or Mac, or by visiting an Apple Store.
